Refund policy

We 100% guarantee the quality of everything we sell. In the event you are unsatisfied with your purchase, return the unused portion for an exchange or refund. The original shipping charges are non-refundable. Item is non-returnable if more than 50% of product has been used.

Returns will only be accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. Customers are solely responsible for any shipping costs to return the item(s). Returns must include a purchase order number and a Return Authorization Code provided by Tucker Trade Co.

Any return or refund must be authorized by Tucker Trade Company in writing prior to a return, refund or exchange. To initiate any return, refund or exchange, please email tuckertradeco@gmail.com to receive a Return Authorization Code and return address.
